Peace of Mind was founded in 2014 by Kaehalee Shinde with an aim to provide integrative and expert mental health support to those dealing with inner overwhelm, despite trying their best to cope, connect, or feel better on their own. Our team includes RCI registered clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, psychiatrists and internationally trained psychotherapists. The space itself is designed to feel safe and quiet. Our founder’s work has received national recognition from ET Now as one of the Top 50 Global Mental Health Leaders. In fact, she was recently honoured with the Lokmat Excellence in Healthcare (Psychotherapy) 2025 Award, presented by Shri Prakash Abitkar, Hon. Minister for Public Health & Family Welfare, and Dr. Purvez Grant.
