My approach is rooted in the belief that we are not here to be “fixed”—but to be witnessed, understood, and gently returned to wholeness. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relational wounds, burnout, inner criticism, and questions of identity and purpose.
My therapy is gentle, grounded, and deeply integrative.
I blend the structure of CBT and REBT, with the depth of presence-oriented psychotherapy, inner child and parts work, and polyvagal-informed care. I also use mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and visualisation to help clients access clarity through the body and not just the mind.
My sessions are conversational and warm, with enough structure to support your goals, and enough softness to allow your process to unfold at your own pace. Whether you are someone who intellectualizes easily, feels “too much,” struggles with boundaries, or has a harsh inner critic—I welcome you just as you are.
