Somewhere within us already exists the material from which answers can emerge. The difficulty is that having an internal truth and being able to encounter it are two very different things. Therapy offers a space to look inward with greater honesty and safety-not by having someone else provide the answers, but by knowing you don’t have to navigate what you find alone.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, fluid, and grounded in the understanding that the work ultimately remains yours.
In sessions, I bridge psychological theory with lived experience rather than teaching techniques in isolation. I draw from CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, using them as an adaptable toolkit rather than fitting every person into one framework. I work with adolescents and young adults, with experience in adult ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and other difficulties.
For me, change begins with being willing to see ourselves fully, including the parts that are uncomfortable or difficult to acknowledge. We cannot meaningfully change something while simultaneously refusing to look at it. The question then becomes: Now that I can see this, what do I want to do with it?
Change happens when we create space for all parts of you to be met with understanding, rather than judgment.
