I consider being genuinely present and offering a kind, accepting space is what initiates the process of knowing and healing for the client. I follow an eclectic approach, and I tend to incorporate mindfulness practices, presence-oriented psychotherapy, expressive arts, Internal Family Systems therapy, and the Focusing technique into my practice. While I’m currently learning to be a mindfulness facilitator and a trauma-informed counsellor, I wish to guide people in re-parenting themselves and in forming a secure attachment with all their parts. A process that can allow them to be in their authentic selves and facilitate their journey towards finding a safe, loving home within.
