Therapy with me won’t feel like a cold, clinical appointment. At the heart of my work is creating a soft non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are: messy, exhausted, or uncertain and be met with compassion and curiosity.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating situations like big life transitions, relationship difficulties, family issues, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, ADHD and identity or sexuality-related concerns etc. Whatever you’re carrying, we will make space for it, and unpack it together.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based work, but I don’t l stick rigidly to one method. I use various other frameworks like mindfulness, Narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT and somatic healing depending on what actually works for you.

I believe that healing can happen in the therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself and supported enough to challenge old patterns that no longer serve you.

I’ll walk beside you through this journey, until you feel more clear, more grounded, and ready to step forward on your own.
