Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Please read the appointment and cancellation policy carefully. It will be strictly adhered to UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Dear clients venturing into therapy for the first time …
If there is one thing I would like you to know it’s this
I know it’s not been an easy road nor an easy decision to take on this process. And I have so much respect and value for it.
Which is why to be able to show up for you in my best capacity for me to do my work and maintain my Peace Of Mind so that I can work towards it for you , i as your therapist have certain appointment related policies.
I will value our time with all my heart and soul and make sure no matter how my world may be falling apart when I sit in front of you I do it with oneness with you and for your growth.
For me to be able to do this the only support I need from you is to accept and respect these appointment policies.
They may sound different but that is because they come with the unique nature of this process. Help me help you !
Please note our appointment and cancellation policy is applicable under any and all circumstances. 

1. There will be strict confidentiality of the conversation had with the therapist and information will not be shared without informed consent from the client except in the presence of a risk of self or other harm.

2. Advance online payment is mandatory prior to consultation

3. Cancellations made upto 48 hours prior will be fully refunded.

4. Upto 24 hours prior , we would be able to accommodate a request for only rescheduling the booked appointment. No cancellation can be accepted post that.

5. In the case an appointment is rescheduled by the patient or by the therapist the same appointment policy will be applicable to the new session slot.

6. No refunds will be made on missing of an appointment.

7. The Client understands that the therapy session will last 50 min & if he/she is late to the appointment, he/she will still have to end the session at the allotted time.

8. In case of a policy violation by the client, the centre cannot be held responsible for the same.

9. Let us work together with mutual respect & sensitivity.

10. The therapist reserves the right to request a rescheduling of the appointment in case of emergency.

11. We request you to kindly not argue regarding last minute cancellations for ANY reason as the appointment policy would be strictly followed irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

12. By clicking accept, the client is agreeing to the above stated terms & stipulations regarding the services he/she shall receive.
